Lorrie Litzinger
Commercial Closing/Underwriting Counsel
Lorrie graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, ND in 2005, and joined Commercial Partners Title in September 2005 as a Commercial Closer. In June 2007, she pursued a career in private practice with a small firm in Stillwater, MN, focusing in Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Lending/Finance, Construction, Landlord/Tenant, Probate/Trusts & Estates, and Business/Corporate law. Lorrie has written articles published by the Minnesota Bankers Association News Magazine and her firm's quarterly newsletter covering legal issues in lending, title and entity formation. Lorrie returned to Commercial Partners Title in November 2010, as Commercial Counsel working in areas of title examination, closing and underwriting. Lorrie is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, and Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW).
