Mark Goodman
Principal/Vice President/Sales
Mark began his career as a private banker with First Bank Bloomington
Lake. In 1986, he joined Old Stone Mortgage as a mortgage banker. Mark
has six years experience in retail and wholesale mortgage lending. In
1994, he accepted a position as Marketing Manager for Advantage Title.
There, his duties included supervising the sales department and
assisting with closings. Mark joined Commercial Partners Title, LLC in
1995 as a sales representative. His expertise in sales and customer
relations provided a vital key to the development and foundation of the
Company's client base. In 2004, Mark became a principal of Commercial
Partners Title, LLC. Today Mark's primary focus is the company/client
relationship. He acts as a facilitator to all parties involved in a
commercial transaction, to make sure everyone is receiving the highest
level of service and solutions. Mark is a member of NAIOP and is
involved in many other industry specific organizations.
