Nancy Landmark
Underwriting/Counsel
After graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1989,
Nancy returned to Minnesota and went into private practice in Stearns
County, as an associate, partner, then sole practitioner. Her private
practice included a wide variety of matters, including active
litigation in both personal injury and commercial disputes, family law,
and probate matters, providing her a unique understanding of the
complex relationship between real estate and other legal areas. In
2000, Nancy joined the title industry in St. Cloud, where she performed
examining and underwriting duties. Later she also served as production
manager. In 2005, Nancy joined Commercial Partners Title as a member of
the Underwriting Department. She works directly with customers and
their representatives to resolve complex title issues. Nancy was
admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 1989, to the United States District
Court Bar in 1992, and to the North Dakota Bar in 2005. She is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, North Dakota Bar Association, Minnesota Land Title Association, and Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women Organization. |
