Jane has set the standard when it comes to delivering unparalleled customer service. Co-founding Commercial Partners Title with Tony Winczewski in 1995, the high level of service provided became a differentiator to maintain and grow business. That focus has been present in Jane’s entire career, beginning as a loan processor for an S&L in California. A Minnesota native, Jane made the move to the title insurance industry when returning to metro-area agencies, as first a residential closer then a commercial closer. Jane used her vast experience to manage the production departments for a number of companies, gaining first-hand insight into the culture and practices within the title insurance industry.

Using the experience as a benchmark, Jane instituted extremely high standards of customer service when building the culture at Commercial Partners Title. Her involvement in the day-to-day operations enforced the priority focus on customer service. Jane attributes this high level of service to being flexible, responsive and solution oriented. The combination has contributed to the company’s reputation as being the best partner for commercial title insurance.

Whether focusing her energy on closing complex commercial transactions, being involved in industry events, or spending personal time with her family, singing in a choir, quilting or reading, Jane is unwavering in her attention to detail.
