Subdivision Endorsement

The ALTA subdivision endorsement insures an insured owner or lender that the land described in the policy complies with state statutes and city or county ordinances regarding the subdivision or platting of land and that the land can be conveyed using the description in the policy.

This endorsement is available in both a lender’s and owner’s policy.
